Presence Body Scan for Coaches

This profound meditation establishes presence by helping connect you with your body.  It is intended for coaches as you step into a client session.  With a 10-hz binaural beat in the background to get you into Alpha state, I will guide you through a full body scan starting with your feet and working up to your head.  It also features peaceful background music to help soothe you into relaxation.
